Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly — name, email, shipping address, and delivery details — when you create an account or place an order. Card numbers and CVVs are entered only on Paystack's hosted payment experience and are never received or stored by Lueurskin. With your consent, we collect first-party product and usage events to improve search and recommendations.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to authenticate your account, synchronize carts and wishlists, calculate tax and delivery, process orders, prevent fraud, moderate reviews, provide support, send essential order and tracking updates, personalize recommendations, and (with your consent) share offers and beauty tips by email.
Sharing
We share only necessary data with processors used to operate the store: Paystack for hosted payment, Speedaf for rates and fulfillment, Resend for email, and our hosting, database, cache, and search providers. We do not sell personal information. Each processor receives only the fields needed for its function.
Your Rights
You can access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Email privacy@lueurskin.com to make a request. Legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, and order records may be retained where required after an account-deletion request.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep you securely signed in and associate a server-side cart. They cannot be disabled while using those features. Analytics and personalization remain off until you choose them in the consent banner, and your choice can be changed later.
Security
Authentication tokens are stored in secure, HTTP-only cookies. Sensitive provider keys remain server-side. Payment and delivery callbacks are verified or reconciled before they can change an order. No internet service can promise absolute security, so we also monitor access and limit administrative privileges.
