Orders & Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for pricing errors, suspected fraud, unsupported delivery, or unavailable stock. Product, tax, discount, and shipping totals are recalculated by the server before Paystack payment initialization; browser-displayed values are not independently binding.
Payment & Fulfillment
Paystack processes payment on its hosted experience. A redirect or callback alone does not confirm an order; Lueurskin verifies status, currency, and the exact expected amount before acceptance. Speedaf rates and tracking depend on supported coverage and accurate customer information. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees.
Reviews & Acceptable Use
Reviews must reflect genuine experience and must not include unlawful, abusive, deceptive, private, or promotional content. We may moderate or remove content that violates these rules while preserving legitimate criticism.
Intellectual Property
All content on Lueurskin — including text, images, and branding — is owned by Lueurskin or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Lueurskin is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
