Available Speedaf services are calculated at checkout from your Nigerian state, city, district, parcel weight, and the services enabled for our account.

The exact price, currency, and delivery estimate returned for your address are shown before payment. A quote can expire and may be refreshed before you complete checkout.

Dispatch begins only after Paystack confirms the exact order amount. A Speedaf waybill and tracking reference are attached when fulfillment is created.

Checkout validates the destination against Speedaf's current Nigerian area hierarchy. This confirms supported state, city, and district codes; it does not replace accurate street, landmark, and phone details from the customer.

If Speedaf cannot return a valid service and quote, checkout stops instead of using an invented rate. International delivery remains unavailable until its lanes, customs terms, and contract pricing are configured by operations.

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

For hygiene reasons, opened skincare, lipcare, and fragrance cannot be returned unless faulty.

Start a return from your account or contact support with your order number. Approved refunds are submitted to Paystack and may remain processing until the gateway confirms completion.

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos. We will review the recorded order and fulfillment details and make it right.

Speedaf tracking events are deduplicated and reconciled before changing the order in your account. We send transactional email for dispatch and meaningful delivery-state changes; you can opt out of marketing without disabling essential order notices.
